This destination offers all of the comforts of home including a more luxurious living area than other extended stays at hotels/condos. This home comes with a spacious yard containing a plethora of fruit trees for your enjoyment. You can stay between a minimum of 3 nights, a week, a month, or even longer.
This beautiful home comes with 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, HD flat screen TV’s and A/C in all bedrooms including the living room. Also, high speed WiFi throughout the home. Our guests have access to a fully stocked kitchen containing top of the line stainless steel appliances and a dining area that comfortably accommodate up to 10 persons. The relaxed elegance, comfort, and privacy you will enjoy when you stay at Casa Aceituna will make your vacation in Puerto Rico an unforgettable one. * Guest is required to accept rental agreement prior to making online reservation.
* Guest is required to purchase a Non-Refundable Property Damage Protection Plan serviced by CSA in the amount of $89.00.
* Check-in after 3:00 pm local time (will try to accommodate).
* Check-out by 12:00 pm local time (will try to accommodate).
* Rates subject to change without prior notice before reservation is made.
* Rates are based on a party of 8. Additional charges apply for parties over 8.
* Property owner not responsible for lost or stolen property.
* This agreement is NOT a substitute for the advise of an attorney.
* Pet friendly (Non-Refundable $75 Pet cleaning fee. Well trained pet only please).
* No smoking with the exception of balconies and patio.

* All rates in US Dollars
* First payment (50%) is due at time of booking the reservation.
* Remaining balance is due 10 days prior to arrival.

Cancellation Policy
*ALL cancellations 30 days or more prior to check-in date will be charge $25.12.
*ALL cancellations 29 days or less prior to check-in date will be charged a Cancellation Fee in the amount of $175.12.
