Three Spacious Self-contained, Air conditioned, studio aptartments.
Policy
Cancellation:
Full refund for cancellations up to 30 days before check in.
If booked fewer days before check in, full refund for bookings made within 48 hours of booking or at least 14 days before check in.
After that, 50% refund up to 7 days before check in.
No refund after that.
House Rules:
* Please park in bay 1A for building 5 (first car park on the left)
* Liability for any damages
* Liability for anything lost/stolen
* Treat with care and respect, including leaving the property as presentable as found
* Check out by 11am
* Please switch on the hot water (located in the utilities room- both middle and right switch, left switch is for the light). Please turn off when leaving.
