Overview
Villa Mangorosa is a 4 bedroom 3.5 bathroom villa nestled on the cliff edge of West Caret Bay. This unit provides ample space for the entire family to play and retreat when privacy in needed. Enjoy the sounds of the ocean crashing on the rocks and the ocean breeze while having breakfast on the deck or a glass of wine while the sunsets. With indoor and outdoor dining, plus a wet bar for more entertainment, you choose the option that rocks your boat!
The space
The main level consists of a kitchen, living and dining room, access to your own private pool right outside of the living room, a laundry room, half bath, and a master bedroom.
Guest access
A gate is available to enter the community. This home comes with 2 parking spaces that are nearby. A vehicle is needed to in order to get to and from the property.
Other things to note
Magens Bay beach is 20 minute drive. The east end/ Red Hook area and Ferry to St. Joh is an estimated time of 30-35 minutes. Downtown Shopping and Restaurants is 20 minutes.
Catering services will be allowed and must be approved in advance. All tables, flatware, china, dishes and glasses for the event must be provided by the caterer. Guest are held completely responsible for any damages or missing items.

James' place was immaculate
James' place was immaculate, everything was clean, in place and of high quality. Everything we needed was at the home and if not you can drive to the close by market. We had an amazing vacation in St. Thomas!!

James home was extremely beautiful and made our visit to St. Thomas peaceful. We had a brief hiccup and couldn’t access the home and the hosts were help and very prompt. I loved our stay and look forward to staying again in the future.

Where do i start ?!
where do i start ?! i recently took a trip to St Thomas for my 30th birthday at this location and the experience was phenomenal. The property looks exactly how it does from the pictures…. the water scene is just indescribably incredible. The place was clean & there’s a beautiful view from every room as well. also the privacy that was provided was more than anyone could ask for! The house is big enough for a family, however it was just my partner & i which made it even more better! The place was definitely a little difficult to find initially due to the phone service reception not doing its job, so the gps took us all around the island. but a friendly resident helped us out with directions & once i was able to communicate with the host, everything was better. The host responds back very quickly & was very helpful with anything needed! There are many beautiful homes , but I’m actually good coming back to this same location when i visit again! Thank you x1000 for your hospitality!!!! ????????????????

I highly recommend this place!
Our stay at Villa Mangorosa was really a trip of a lifetime. If you are a first time visitor to St. Thomas (like we were), you might find the drive up the mountain to get to this Air B&B a little challenging . Once there, you will be rewarded with the incredible beauty of both the island and the property. The views are nothing short of breath taking and the property has a fresh clean vibe, not to mention a very nice swimming pool. We dined out a few nights but also prepared meals on the property and found the kitchen setup to be sufficient for our needs. There is a very nice grocery store which is less than 10 minutes away that has a great selection of food items. The Villa is part of a group of villas in a gated community - so very nice, very safe, and quiet with plenty of available parking. James was very responsive and proactive will all communications. I highly recommend this place!
