Beautifully remodeled! This beautiful executive villa has panoramic white water views of Dorado. Views are from deck and from house. From the moment you walk in the bay spreads before you. The great room has walnut floors with an arched ceiling, slate fireplace with heat-a-later, and sliding doors onto the deck.
The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths. The master bedroom has a walk-in wardrobe and a marble bathroom with double vanity, rain shower, and sliding door to deck. There is a queen-sized bed, built-in shelving and dressers and a flat screen TV. The second bedroom has a maple queen-sized bed, 3rd bedroom has a queen size bed and the fourth has a trundle bed which can be made as 2 twins. All rooms are beautifully adorned, and have down comforters.
The house has accommodations for up to eight people. There is also a washing machine and dryer and new full size refrigerator. Kitchen has all new appliances with gas cook top. The villa is wood shake and has a large circular drive. It also has a large deck with outdoor furniture.
This wonderful beach villa is a short drive to Walgreens drugstore, Supermarkets, Bakery, Pizza Hut, Wendy's, Apple bee and many other fast food restaurants close by.
