The Tree House is only a one minute walk from the beautiful Atlantic Ocean Beach (Dolphin Beach) with white sand, reefs and great snorkeling. If you want to walk to the other side, to the Sea of Abaco, that will take you one minute too. In fact, the three establishments (bars & grill restaurants) on the island and the grocery store are all within a 10 minutes walk from the house.
