Terms and Conditions:
- Rates are quoted in US Dollars per cottage.
- Maximum of 4 adults per cottage.
- Children under 12 accompanied by an adult – no charge.
- Discounted rates for CARICOM residents.
- Deposit is required for confirmation.
- Smoking not permitted inside the cottages.
- Deposit 25% on length of stay. Bookings will only be held if deposits are sent and we are in receipt of deposit
- within 21 days of reservation. (Deposits are not refundable.)
