Villa Esencia is a gated estate of 4 individual villas located on the calm and uncrowded shores of Long Bay Beach. The villas sit on a 2.25 acres of pristine land amidst native plants and palm trees in a quiet and peaceful environment that appeals to people who want to come back to themselves through nature and reap the benefits of ocean revitalizing.
Villa Esencia is the main house, it sits directly on the beach. It comprises of 2 rental suites that are opposite each other for optimum privacy. Esencia Premiere is one of the suite and is located on the left side of the house when facing the ocean. There is another 2 BR suite on the right side of the house. When renting Esencia Premiere, you have full exclusivity of your own private pool and total privacy.
All studios, suites and villas are nestled in carefully arranged natural surroundings and walking paths to preserve everyone’s tranquility.
The 4 mile-long stretch of pure white sand is only a few steps away from your suite. The rich and intense turquoise color of the sea will astound you. The warmth and gentleness of the water will appease you. You can spend hours in the water very comfortably and it is shallow and safe for kids. You will often see only a handful of people on the entire beach and occasional horseback riders.
There is almost always a soft breeze that will cool you down. The wind direction is conducive to great kiteboarding but beachcombing, walking, paddle-boarding and sunbathing are amongst preferred activities as well. Energizing sunrises and beautiful colorful sunset skies are a daily spectacle.
Esencia Premiere is a spacious, well-apppointed, newly renovated 2 -bedroom suite right on the beach that offers partial ocean views from inside, full views from the outside covered porch and your own private pool in a luxurious garden. It comes with a complimentary SUV-type car for all your Island exploration. Grace Bay restaurants, boutiques and grocery stores are only a 5-min drive away.
