Wyakha Town Home is part of Villa Esencia, a beachfront property in Long Bay. The duplex combines our Ocean View and Garden units on 1st and 2nd floor. The Garden view has 1 BR and a living room which can be closed off for privacy and turned into a bedroom with a rollaway bed. The Ocean View upstairs has a king Bedroom and staircase to join the lower unit.
There is free parking, a pool, hot tub, exterior shower and magnificent ocean views from the 2nd floor balcony
The space
Villa Esencia is a gated estate of 4 individual villas located on the calm and uncrowded shores of Long Bay Beach. The villas sit on acres of pristine land amidst native plants and palm trees in a quiet and peaceful environment that appeals to people who want to come back to themselves through nature and reap the benefits of ocean revitalizing.
Villa Wyakah is located just off the beach, by a generous-size pool and a hot tub in lush gardens of colorful plants and trees.
It is a spacious, well-appointed 2 BR + 2 Bath Suite & living room (sleeps 5) with 2 large balconies and BBQ grills.
From the Master bedroom upstairs, you have views of the gardens and of the intense surrounding turquoise waters.

The entire duplex is yours, along with an access to the pool, hot tub, gym, exterior shower and hammocks and tiki huts on the beach.
Interaction with guests
We will be delighted to welcome you here and give you a tour of our property and make sure you are comfortable and feel at home. We live here as well and are available should you require anything but we also like to give you as much privacy as needed.
Other things to note
The duplex is not a stand-alone but it is arranged for maximum privacy. There is an exact same duplex on the other side of the villa which can be rented as such or separately as 1 BR suites.
We have 2 dogs (Goji and Seven) and 3 cats ready to welcome you.
Policy

Payment Information: Though some of our online partners indicate on their website that we charge 100% at the time of booking, we will charge only 50% at the time of booking and 50% 60 days before arrival. If booking occurs sooner than 60 days we charge the entire amount.
