Charela Inn will be closed starting August 23, 2020 reopening October 1, 2020.
Guests staying 3 nights and over will receive 3 US$10 voucher redeemable at Mikey’s Glass Bottom Boat, Cedric’s Water Sports (sailing and paddle board), Merlyn’s Massage booth, all located on the Charela Beach. Please note one voucher per activity.
CHARELA INN HOTEL sits elegantly on the famous Negril Beach by the Caribbean Sea, our beach stretching 250feet in width and 150 feet in depth of pure white sand sprinkled with coconut trees to afford natural shade to our guest. Beyond the sand lies a great lawn and two large patios to dine al fresco and sip cocktails or simply watch the sunset. All rooms are built around an inner court yard in a Hacienda style with a round fresh water swimming pool in the centre of a lush tropical garden with trees, hibiscus, night jasmine, etc. as well as many birds.
The feeling is one of being far from the madding crowd…yet a few steps away! The buildings are two floors and each room has either a private patio or a private balcony. We accommodate the physically impaired in all public areas, as well as having three dedicated rooms.
Charela Inn is renowned for the friendliness and caring of its longstanding staff, many for over 15 years, the same could be said of our long standing repeat guests of many Nationalities who bring with them a true feeling of friendship.

Policy
Cancellation Policy:
December 22 to January 8 and February 1-28: cancel 45 days prior to the arrival date without paying a penalty fee. Cancellations 30 days prior to the arrival date will attract a 2 nights penlaty fee whilst cancellations less than 21 days or no show attracts a 3 nights penalty fee.
March 1 - December 21: Cancel 14 days before your arrival date to avoid paying a penalty fee. Cancellations inside 14 days to your arrival date will attract a 2 night's penalty fee. No shows also attract a 2 night's penalty fee.
No penalty fees will be charged if cancellation is caused due to acts of terrorism, natural disasters or pandemics.
