Recently built, stunning, luxuriously furnished and spacious water-fronted villas on the prestigious Rodney Bay Marina. This property is located in the heart of Rodney Bay, with a very short walk 1-2 minutes from most amenities and about 5 minutes walk away from the beautiful Reduit Beach.
This ideal holiday Villa is within a gated property in a secure location. It consists of three-bedrooms and three and a half bathrooms. It is self-contained and benefits from the constant cool refreshing sea breeze for a tranquil and peaceful atmosphere. There is a communal pool on grounds to service guests as an alternative to the nearby beaches.
Guests have access to all communal areas and the property has two points of entry/exit which makes commuting in Rodney Bay a more enjoyable experience.
