Beautiful house located a few minutes walk from 'Playa Chiquita' and very close to Alicia and Sosua beaches. The house is comfortably furnished with all the useful accessories for a dream holiday. Outside, you will enjoy a terrace (13 'x 10') with breakfast area, a little further a corner bar with gas BBQ. Also a small terrace adjacent to the guest room (13 'x 4') for your privacy. A semi-circular air jet bath of approximately 10 'X 8' allowing you to relax and refresh yourself.
