I think August through February, but how can you judge...it's always beautiful.. no bad weather systems here!
We are sooo close to everything!!! Just a trot down the hill and you are there!!!

Unfortunately its cars on ghiways and to your distination. but we do have "The Coaster" for downtown day trips or city buses everywhere! Of course you can always ride your bikes too!
Very casual and laid back, It's SoCal and the beach so it's just "be yourself"!
