The house sits on Two miles of invitingly White sandy beach with turquoise waters that will dazzle your eyes.
Enjoy the outside covered veranda or on the sun deck by relaxing in the sun , watching the sun rises and set or by watching the boats while passing by.
The house is 9600sq.ft. and is located a few steps from the famous Big D's Restaurant and Conch Spot and next door to Lighthouse Restaurant and Ice Cream Parlor!.
The Exuma International Airport has flights from Toronto Canada, Atlanta, Miami, Fort Lauderdale and Nassau weekly!!

Policy
- 100% Refund if you cancel 60 days before Check- Inn.
- 50% Refund if you cancel at least 30 days before Check - Inn.
- No Refund if you cancel less than 30 days before Check - Inn.
- All Pre. arrival groceries are subject to 20% service + Vat.
- Refer to the Rental Agreement regarding the Guest not registered to stay at Sea The View.
- The penalty for late cancelation is equivalent to the deposit.
- Rates are subject to change during Holidays and Festivals Activities on the Island, during such a time the minimum stay is Seven Days (7 ).

Incredible snorkeling
Above and beyond! We have never stayed in a more comfortable, beautiful & equipped home. She had snacks and food & drinks waiting for us! There was incredible snorkeling white sand beach and all the toys you need to play in the turquoise blue waters.

Great Host!
I can not say enough good things about Sandra’s place. The house is pristine - the photos don’t do it justice. The beds are really comfortable, and the house is equipped with the best of everything you could need. We ate in much more than we expected to because the house was such a great space to be in. And that location… just wow. The beach is so beautiful. We watched turtles right in front of the house every day, walked along the perfect sands to the quiet bars further down. And it’s so quiet I don’t think a single person walked past us the whole week. And Sandra herself is just wonderful, she greeted us like old friends and was a wealth of info when we needed it. But also left us to enjoy the space and peace. We’ve stayed in a lot of Air BnBs over the years and I generally leave a good review, but Sea the View really is very special. We will be back. Thank you Sandra, see you next year!

An incredible place
Sandra was a great host, extremely reactive to all needs, super welcoming and friendly, we really felt home and we did not leave the house for the whole week! The beach in front is outstanding and almost desert!! An incredible place, the pics don’t say the truth, it is way better. Well done Sandra! We will be back.

The house is very nice
The house is very nice and very well furbished with all needed for a perfect beach holiday including lots of toys like kayaks etc… the position is incredible right on the beach on a marvelous bay almost desert! We had two turtles swimming in front of the house the whole week…. Also, Sandra is a great host and super welcoming, I recommend this villa and we will definitely be back!

Great experience!
Sandra was by far the best host we've ever experienced! First class service with a smile. When we arrived she was there to greet us and gave us a tour of the home. This villa is located right on an amazing stretch of beach in Stevenson away from the crowds. We saw no one on the entire stretch of the beach the entire stay, and for that, we will definitely return! The pictures do not do any justice for this GORGEOUS home! We stayed 6 days and cooked meals everyday and I have to say there was not one thing missing in the kitchen. Every meal we cooked we had what we needed and some. If you are thinking about staying here, don't think...do it! You will not be disappointed! Thank you Sandra!
